In its first year Bartons Restaurant was judged Best New Restaurant at the prestigious 2004 Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence and Best Wine List & Service at the Australian Hotels Awards. In 2005 it was judged 'Best Restaurant - Superior' at the Australian Hotel Awards SA.
The menu at the 5 star Barton's Restaurant under the control of Head Chef, Peter Swiderski always reflects the seasonal best. It is modern Australian cuisine with Mediterranean influences.
